Mandatory docs

 Passport front and back pages

 Original Cover letter 

• Clearly state the purpose of your travel.
• Clearly mention the travel dates, i.e., the beginning and end dates of the trip.
• Include your Passport details.

 Aadhaar card copy

  Flight Ticket

• Day To Day Itinerary
• If flights and hotels are booked, provide a copy of bookings

 IT return 

Provide ITR-V (Income Tax Return Verification) documents for the most recent two financial years, showing your income, tax compliance, and financial history for visa applications.

 Bank statement 

• Bank statement reflecting sufficient funds to cover the trip cost for the last 6 months.

 Day To Day Itinerary 

• Include a day-to-day itinerary of your travel plans.

 Hotel Voucher 

• Submit a confirmed hotel accommodation booking or voucher for the entire stay in Canada.

 Invitation Letter 

• Provide an invitation from Canada, stating passport details, purpose of visit, and accommodation details.
• Include employment proof of the invitee, valid resident permit/visa copy, last six months' bank statements, and proof of relationship.

• Submit a copy of either the Company Registration, GST Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed.
