Documents required for a Saudi Arabia

Mandatory docs

 Previous Visa Copy

Photocopies of passport pages containing any conditions, notes, visa data or stamp must be submitted. If applicants hold any previous passport, the same is required to be submitted.

 Passport

Validity not less than 6 months | At least 2 consecutive blank pages | The passport should not have any restrictions/conditions that prevents him/her from traveling.

 Photograph

2inch x 2inch (51 mm x 51 mm) | Not older than 3 months | White background with frontal view

 Old Passport

A copy of the first and last pages of the passport. Photocopies of passport pages containing any conditions, notes, visa data or stamp must be submitted.

  Aadhar card

National ID.

Travel Details

 Hotel reservation

Confirmed Hotel Voucher is required.

 Flight Tickets

Confirmed Onward & Return tickets are required.

 Itinerary

This document must contain applicant’s detailed travel plans in Saudi Arabia

 Cover Letter (Business Letterhead)

If applicant is employee, owner or proprietor, then a covering letter from Indian company with original company seal & signature addressed to the Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia.

 Cover Letter

If the applicant is unemployed or retired, a self-attested cover letter typed on plain paper is required, this letter should be addressed to the Royal Consulate of kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Financial Details

 Bank Statement

3 months original, signed and stamped bank statement with average quarterly balanced amount of 750 USD.

4. Occupation Details

 Salary Slips

3 months original, signed and stamped Salary Slip.

 Bonafide certificate

If the applicant is a student, a bonafide certificate from the educational institution is required.

 Business Registration Certificate

If a Company bank statement is submitted, additionally an ownership / Certificate of Incorporation (commercial registration) is required

Additional Document

If the applicant has an existing valid visa in the same passport, regardless of the visa type, a visa cancellation form must be submitted.
