Documents required for a Uzbekistan Visa

Mandatory docs

1. Passport

   • Passport fist and last page color scan copy.
   • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Uzbekistan.
   • Handwritten passport and passports valid for more than 10 years are not accepted.

2. Photograph

   • Photograph clicked within the last 3 months, clicked against a plain white background.

Travel Details

1. Flight Tickets

   • Copy of confirmed Arrival and Departure tickets.

2. Hotel Reservation

   • Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation showcasing the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant's Name and Dates of Reservation for all days of travel.

Additional Information

1. Visa-Free regime for foreign citizens under the age of 16

   • In case if foreign citizen reaches the age of 16 during stay in Uzbekistan, an exit visa is issued by the Main Department of Migration and Registration of Citizenship of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Uzbekistan.

2. Travel History

   • Scanned copy of issued visa for Uzbekistan (old/expired visa) or other countries, if applicable.
