Documents required for a Singapore Visa

Mandatory docs

 Original Passport

• Original passport (needs at least 6 month validity from travel date).
• Old passport, if any (applicable for Chennai and Bangalore locations).

If you have previously traveled to Singapore using your old passport, please include a copy of that passport with your submission.

Passport size 02 photograph

• Ensure a white background.
• Photo dimensions should be 35x45mm.
• Maintain 80% coverage of the face.
• Matte finish photo
• Avoid wearing eyeglasses in the photo.

Visa Application Form

• Do not fill in the date field.
• Parents should sign on behalf of minors.
• For applicants under the Chennai jurisdiction, please sign across the photograph on the form (refer to the attached sample file for clarification).

 Proof of Current Residence

Applicable only if the city on your passport differs from your current city of residence. Provide any one of the following documents:

• Rent agreement
• House Sale Deed
• Electricity bill
• Water bill
• Phone bill

 Original Cover letter 

• Indicating the purpose of travel, number of days, passport and travel details. Cover letter should be on business letterhead if the applicant is a business owner

 Travel Itinerary 

• Confirmation of round-trip booking

 Hotel Booking Confirmation

• Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation showcasing the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant's Name and Dates of Reservation for all days of travel.

 IT Return 

• Documentation confirming your income tax return acknowledgment from the past two years, or
• Form 16.

 Bank statement 

• The bank statement should be recent and dated within 3 days from the application date. The closing balance needs to be INR 1 lac Per person

Employed

 Leave Letter From Employer 

 Salary Slip 

• Last 3 months pay slips if employed

Self Employed

 Company Registration 

• Submit a copy of either the Company Registration, GST Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed.

 Visa Types - eVisa

 Stay duration - 30 Days

Visa validity - Decided by embassy

 Processing time - 06 Working Days
