Documents required for a New Zealand Visa

Mandatory docs

 Passport front and back pages

Passport size photograph

 Original Cover letter 

• Cover letter specifying the reason for your trip,
• Duration of your stay, and
• Provide your passport and travel information.

 Aadhaar card copy

 Travel Itinerary 

• Provide travel itinerary for your entire travel plans inside the country.

 IT Return 

• Documentation confirming your income tax return acknowledgment from the past two years, or
• Form 16.

 Bank statement 

• Evidence of funds with a minimum balance of NZ$1000 per month for maintenance and accommodation or,
• NZ$400 per month if your accommodation has been prepaid.

 If Minor

Please submit a copy of the birth certificate

 Proof of investments

• Proof of fixed deposits,
• Property investments, and/or other investments (if any)

Employed

 Leave Letter From Employer 

 Salary Slip 

• Last 3 months pay slips if employed

Self Employed

 Company Registration 

• Submit a copy of either the Company Registration, GST Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed.

If Funded

 Sponsor cover letter & ID proof

• Documentation of accessible and demonstrated available funds of the sponsor. Proof of sponsorship and support, including specifics on the nature and method of support provided.

 Visa Types - eVisa

 Stay duration - 06 Month

Visa validity - 18 Month

 Processing time - 20 Working Days
